There is always more than one side of a story, all viewed in different perspectives, different mindset and different opinions. when one disagreement happens, its always important to not act out of anger or frustration. First step: why are you upset? is your reason valid? 'how do i know that?' you think. you imagine yourself in the others perspective, why do you think that they did or say that? is their reason valid? set pros and cons in life when you make decisions, or not regret will come after. ask for a second opinion even, as no one thoughts are the same. Step 2: take action. apologize or speak your point.only after you are prepared. well it wont work exactly if its happening at the moment but this leads to Step 3. their not responding, not cooperating, not trying to work things out, your frustration piles up higher. Step 3: patience. remember that everyone deal with things differently, you wouldn't want to be the one sounding dumb. instead, start thinking 'what if?'. what if they don't wanna look at their phone, what if they are going through a panic attack, what if they are self blaming. what if their just being cocky?, well maybe not that, don't wanna go overthinking, in fact keep yourself busy.
be the one in control. communication is key
