Finding the seashell under the sand

 STAGE 9: the people you encounter in life can all leave an impact on you, small or big, it can be a small habit you grew from a friend, it could be a book someone introduced you to, it can be your parents that never was emotionally there for you. The ones I love most, my family, they are the reasons why I laugh most of the time but also why I cry silently under my sheets. Whenever I am with them is like all my problems just disappear. It took me long enough to realize nobody's relationships with one another are perfect. But it's because of them, I sometimes feel useless and incapable to reach their expectations of me. Incapable of reaching the goals my siblings had reach before me. I am known as the dumb one in the family, the one that needs more help than the other kids. All because I can't get an A, all because I can't be as talkative, confident and extroverted as them. T here is always more than one side of a story, all viewed in different perspectives, different mindset and different opinions. when one disagreement happens, its always important to not act out of anger or frustration. First step: why are you upset? is your reason valid? 'how do i know that?' you think. you imagine yourself in the others perspective, why do you think that they did or say that? is their reason valid? set pros and cons in life when you make decisions, or not regret will come after. ask for a second opinion even, as no one thoughts are the same. Step 2: take action. apologize or speak your point.only after you are prepared. well it wont work exactly if its happening at the moment but this leads to Step 3. their not responding, not cooperating, not trying to work things out, your frustration piles up higher. Step 3: patience. remember that everyone deal with things differently, you wouldn't want to be the one sounding dumb. instead, start thinking 'what i...
